There are excellent playgrounds and sports grounds, outdoor exercise equipment, and places to relax. In summer, our yards are surrounded by greenery and flowers. In winter, it is also comfortable to walk here because our management company carefully monitors timely snow removal.
One of our favourite places in the complex is the “Svetloe café”. We go there all the time to drink coffee, tea, or try something new from the seasonal menu. In winter, these are the warming cocktails prepared from juices and berries, and in summer, vitamin smoothies, which are made from fruits. The café has become a real centre of friendship and communication because here, we often meet neighbours with whom we can exchange news and stories.
