We have been living in this complex for several years now. And every day we rejoice that our choice was the right one. Our city already has not so much sunshine, and we can only see bright colours in summer, so it’s no surprise we want to surround ourselves with colourful objects and things. And when you look at the facades of our house, the mood immediately improves!
We like walking around the territory and spending time in the “Svetloe café”. Our local café is, of course, another very cool feature of our neighbourhood. There is always a large selection of delicious pastries and milk for coffee. I didn't even know there were so many types of it! You can try new things every day.
The windows of our flat overlook the courtyard. We like to look out the window and watch the neighbours walking. We have a friendly community of residents; we had a chance to get to know many of them well. Even made some friends. Often, some events are held in the courtyard, and the whole complex gathers to celebrate the holidays together.
