I bought a 2-bedroom flat in the RC “Svetliy mir “Stantsiya “L”...”. For now, we are planning to rent it out in order to pay the mortgage faster. After that, in a few years, we will make repairs so that our grown-up daughter can live separately.
My wife and I often visit St. Petersburg: come here to see her parents and our mutual friends. One of the couples lives on the alluvium of Vasilievsky Island in the quarter “Svetliy mir “Ya-Romantik…”. We visited the famous “Svetloe café”, had dinner in a panoramic-view restaurant more than once, and went to the Neighbourhood centre for an excursion. The complex is very beautiful with stunning evening lighting, distinguishing it from the rest of the houses.
Now, we already have an understanding of how everything will be organised in our house in Lyublino. We are sure that the yard will turn out to be as cosy as in the pictures in the booklet. We even already know what will be on the menu of the “Svetloe café”.
