I liked that the residential complex looked modern, the colour scheme was pleasant, and there was a large, enclosed courtyard. I think in good weather, it will be nice to go out with a laptop to work outside. The manager said that there would also be a Neighbourhood centre. He also showed how it works in already populated neighbourhoods in St. Petersburg. It looks great!
