The most pleasant time of every evening is when I return home. Once I go into our yard and see home, all the fatigue immediately recedes. A feeling of peace, quiet joy, and security replaces it instead.
Our courtyards are spacious, and although there are many people living in the complex, you can always find a place in a gazebo or on a bench under the sun. Only in the morning, there are queues at the café, where neighbours hurry to grab a delicious coffee on their way to business. It's nice that the barista already knows all the regular guests by sight, calls them by name, remembers everyone’s tastes and preferences. It may seem like a trifle, but it is such moments that create a friendly and positive atmosphere in the quarter.
I moved here from Pushkin. I was sad to leave that green and quiet city, and I was afraid I would be uncomfortable in a noisy St. Petersburg. Although, I still try to avoid crowded and tourist-filled places. Meanwhile, in my yard, my soul is at rest. It is quiet here, wonderful lawns are green, trees and flowers are growing. This is my little world, which is very dear to me.
