I lived in rented flats all my youth. I easily moved and changed areas. After the wedding, everything changed, because my wife was categorically against rented housing.
At first, we lived with her parents, and she was ready to move out only to "her own flat". And she was 100% right. I realised this when we first entered our flat.
My wife took over all the worries of finding a suitable flat. For months I searched the websites of residential complexes, and visited the offices of developers. I preferred to have a large yard where it would be comfortable to walk with the child. Another important condition was an included removation. With a small child, we had no time to do this as well. We bought our flat on a family mortgage with a low rate and took a three-bedroom flat.
I like to walk around the block with my daughter. As soon as we go outside, she immediately smiles, because she really likes the bright colour of the facades; and it's impossible to take her away from her favourite playground. Maybe,only in the evening when she is tired and hungry.
We also have our own Neighbourhood Centre. We watch films and cartoons there, play Mafia with our neighbours, my daughter goes to the nursery, draws, and learns to count there.
