Friends of our family joke that we can hardly be ever found at home. So it is! We are constantly on the move: in summer we roller-skate, bike and even skateboard, in winter we master skates, skis and snowboards.
Choosing a bigger flat after the birth of my boys, we wanted to find a place not only to stay in the centre of events, but also to be able to spend time in peace. As a result, we stopped at a new complex on Vasilievsky Island. We were struck by the size and scale of the quarter, the variety of infrastructure for the residents, stunning playgrounds made of natural wood, and comfortable benches under canopies. I calmly let the grown-up children into the yard, as it is closed from cars and outsiders.
The Neighbourhood centre has become our second home. The boys are happy to go to robotics, and to do sports. My daughter and I are attending yoga and learn to draw with pleasure. My husband prefers chess and board games more. The whole family visits our cinema on weekends. Now friends know that they need to look for us in the Neighbourhood Centre!
