I have been living for more than three years in the “Svetliy mir “O’Yunost…” quarter. I was one of the first to move in. I didn’t have much of the furniture, only a small dining table, a couple of chairs, a bed, and a floor hanger for clothes. But I was happy!
By investing all of my savings I bought this flat on my own. I approached the choice of home very carefully, reviewed hundreds of options! I was attracted to the “Svetliy mir” format, which other developers do not have. I liked the yards where you can relax in silence, or jog, or play basketball with friends or neighbours. I became a regular guest of the "Svetloe Cafe", where baristas make a great coffee. The real discovery for me, however, was the Neighbourhood Centre.
I often come to work in co-working, and sometimes I rent a lecture hall for my performances. Everything is done with dignity: there is a blackboard and markers, a projector, comfortable furniture, enough space for large groups. And on weekends I don't waste time on a trip to the centre to go to the cinema, because this can also be done in the neighbour’s cinema.
It's great to live here!
