In St. Petersburg, the month of improvement has started
Residents of the Svetliy Mir quarters are sensitive to the greening of their own yards. With pleasure and great benefit, they spend time on regular local Subotniks. Are they ready to take part in the citywide event?
In October of this year, a planned planting of trees and shrubs will be carried out throughout the city, organised by the Improvement Committee. The list of districts where additional landscaping will be carried out includes Moskovsky, Vasileostrovsky, Kurortny and Nevsky.
For example, in the Moskovsky district on October 12, 20 petiolate oaks will be planted in Pulkovo Park on Energetikov Alley, and on October 13, 9 poplars and 5 red maples will be planted in Aviator Park. Linden and larch trees will appear in the Dekabristov Park in the Vasileostrovsky district. Their landing is scheduled for October 18.
Seedlings and equipment are provided by gardening companies. The Improvement Committee informs that professional gardeners will advise residents and help them. Planting of new trees and shrubs will be carried out as part of the traditional autumn month of landscaping, which started on October 1.
In order to take part in the event and make our city even more beautiful, you need to contact the district administration.
