— Facade works, installation of composite up to the 25th floor, installation of stained-glass windows up to the 16th floor, installation of entrance groups.

— Facade works, completion of installation works of the hinged ventilated facade, entrance groups, doors.

— Preparation and hydraulic testing of risers.
— Floor screed, caulking holes in flats and common facilities.
— Phase-gate finishing works from the 2nd to the 13th floors, and further from the 14th to the 25th floors: plastering walls, sewing plasterboard sheet in common facilities; laying tiles on staircases.
— Completion of plastering facades.
— Installation of floor panels of internal electrical networks.
— Installation of low-current systems from the 2nd to the 25th floor.
