RC “Svetliy mir “BioPolis...” in “TOP RC 2023”

The award for new buildings-residential complexes “TOP RC 2023”, organized by Unified Register of developers, has determined the winners!

The RC “Svetliy mir “BioPolis...” took the third place in the nomination “The best new building-residential complex in the Moscow region”.

The list of competitors was impressive: this year, 1,513 nominees participated in the competition, each was judged by 133 parameters.

Residential complexes were evaluated by more than 400 independent experts, builders, designers and developers. The commission also included the heads of the first key all-Russian non-profit associations in the construction sector and scientific organizations.
