The key to happiness – "Svetliy mir"

Have you noticed that in autumn and winter a simple jog or a walk in the sun immediately improves your mood? Cheerfulness appears, and life seems to be filled with bright colours.

All these emotions are caused by the hormone of happiness — serotonin. We tell how it affects the mood and where to find it in the "Svetliy mir"!

1. Find the reason.

One of the reasons for the lack of serotonin is a lot of stress and little movement. It is important to add more calmness and exercise to your life.
In the "Svetliy mir" you will be able to practise yoga under the guidance of experienced mentors, exercise on special equipment in workout zones and jog in the morning or evening along convenient paths.

2. Get more Tryptophan from food.

Tryptophan is an amino acid that is necessary for production of serotonin. It is found in eggs, dark chocolate, bananas, nuts, dates, and seeds.

In the health food store "Nitchego lishnego" you can buy all these products. In the restaurants "Khoroshiye lyudi vnutri" and "Khoroshiye lyudi romantiki" you can taste vegetarian dishes that are so delicious and healthy that they will definitely lift your mood.

3. Learn to meditate.

During meditation, the level of 5-hydroxyindole aldehyde, which is the main metabolite of serotonin, increases in the body. Meditation reduces the level of the stress hormone cortisol.
