All buildings
— Final floor screed work.
— Preparation and start of the heating risers of the upper zones, hydraulic tests.
— Prepared individual heating units.
— Installation of low-current systems from the 2nd to the 25th floor.
— The work on the facade plaster is almost finished.
— We carry out finishing works in stages: first from the 2nd to the 13th floor, then from the 14th to the 25th floor.
Building No. 7 and 8
— Installation of stained-glass windows from the 2nd to the 16th floor in Building No. 7, from Ilimskaya Street – in Building No. 8.
— Installation of composite to the 25th floor.
— Installation of the 1st floor in building No. 7.
— Installation of elevator portals.
— Work on metal fences and roof structures is 90% completed in Building No. 8.
Building No. 9
— Installation of insulation and subsystem of the facade of the ends.
— Glazing without shutters.
