Instalment options for the flats in Lyublino

Instalments are a convenient and understandable way to purchase a flat for those who don't consider using a mortgage. No work certificates or income confirmation are required for its registration. All you need here is a passport.

Buyers of flats in the second stage of the RC “Svetliy mir “Station “L”..” have three instalment options available.

1. Instalments for 1 month

The initial payment is 10% of the cost of the flat, another 90% can be paid in 30 days.

2. Instalments for 3 months

The initial payment is 50% of the cost of the flat, another 50% can be paid in 90 days.

3. Instalments until the end of 2024

The initial payment is 50% of the cost of the flat, the remainder of the amount is paid in equal monthly instalments until the end of 2024.
