On the basis of the Neighbourhood Centre, conditions will be created for sports, master classes, cultural events, communication, and recreation with children. The new format will ensure the formation of sustainable neighbourhood communities. This is a step towards the unification and self-organisation of residents within one block.
The Neighbourhood Centre is a format of relations between neighbours, created by Seven Suns Development, that is new for Russia. The uniqueness of the centre is in its locality and accessibility. This is a meeting place for residents to work together and relax.
A space where everyone can realise themselves, ask for help and get it, learn something and have a good time. Spaces for board and sports games, sports and creativity, coworking, language schools and much more are organised for residents of the quarters.
