The blocks are being built in the “Svetliy mir” format, which combines the author's architecture, landscape design, and closed territory. Our neighbourhoods are built using barrier-free environment technology, which provides convenience and does not limit the possibility of access to both courtyards and residential premises for low-mobility groups of the population. All our courtyards are yards without cars, in which there are: a modern sports cluster, playgrounds for children of different ages, neighbourhood centres for residents, furniture made of thermal wood, on which you can comfortably sit in winter and summer.
