The residential complex "Svetliy mir "Ya-Romantik…" is a comfort-class quarter on the alluvial territories of Vasilievsky Island of St. Petersburg. As part of the project, 11 buildings with flats and apartments, underground and multi-level parking lots, a leisure center, a kindergarten with a swimming pool were built.
