At the end of December or at the beginning of January, many people summarise the previous year and make plans and resolutions for the new one.

Why is it necessary? The practice can help you to review the past year, look at it from a new perspective and plan the new year so that it will be productive and full of events.

It is useful to include habits in your plans that will make you feel better: for example, finally go to yoga in the "Sveltiy mir", buy more greens, vegetables, and fruits in the "Nitchego lishnego" healthy-food store, or arrange a challenge for yourself: perform a ten-minute meditation every day!

The main thing is to listen to yourself and pursue your own goals, instead of chasing after someone else's success.
