If, for example, a novice artist settles in the RC “Svetliy mir “Stantsiya “L”...”, their flat and the territory of the complex will become an excellent source of new ideas and works.

In a one-bedroom flat with an area of 43.95 m2, the artist will be able to live comfortably. The largest room can be equipped as a bedroom and a workshop: next to the studio couch, opposite the window, place an easel and a compact table for brushes and paints.

In the kitchen — there’s everything our hero might need to spend little time cooking. Directly from the kitchen, there is an exit to the loggia — here, a second easel can be put to capture the life of the “Svetliy mir”.

A walk through a cosy and secure area near the house is the best breathing space. On the way, you can chat with neighbours and go to lunch at the “Svetloe Café”.
