It's amazing how children can do the same thing every day if they are interested in it or eat the same food if they love it. My son, when on a walk, first of all runs to the bungee with shouts of victory. He swings there, runs, goes home and has his favourite macaroni and cheese.
We moved to a ready-made flat in the residential complex “Svetliy mir “O’Yunost…”, renovated by the developer and with a new plumbing. This saved us and other residents from having to make repairs and made it very easy for my husband and me to move in and live, because we had a one-year-old baby on our hands.
I really like to walk in our yard – it's quiet, clean, there is a cafe. Parents all know each other, bring toys to younger children, and now we all give things to "kind" boxes. It's good that they were installed in the complex.
My husband comes back late, so my son and I are alone all day, but we don't get bored. We like to sit by the window. We look at the coloured facades of houses in our yard, we learn the alphabet. Recently, we have reached the letter "E". I'm reading Peter Pan to Vanya, and now he's portraying how Ding-Ding flies and buzzes.
In my childhood, my mother said that I could learn to fly like Peter – I just needed to catch the solar wind. When Vanya soars above the ground on his favourite bungee, he just glows with happiness! And so am I next to him.
