Our old apartment is also located in Lublin. This is a nice area with parks, shops, schools and clinics. My daughter has been going to the Children of the World school since the first grade. It will be even more convenient to drive from the new house – only 15 minutes.
We have been harboring the desire to buy a new apartment for several years. We did not want to move to the old foundation, and there are few new buildings in our area. Therefore, of course, we were glad that we found such an interesting option.
We came to the office several times to talk to the manager. We asked just a million questions! And we received a detailed answer to each one. We were most interested in the Neighborhood Center. I don't recall ever hearing of such a thing. After all, this is a place for remote work, a gym, a cinema hall, and various master classes ... and all this in your own yard!
The transaction was processed quickly. My husband and I work at the bank that accredited our residential complex, so there were no problems. We were even given an additional discount as employees.
We took a four-room apartment. There are not so many such offers in this house. It was important to us that my husband and I had a spacious bedroom, my daughter had her own room, a living room for our evenings and also a guest room in case relatives arrived. Two bathrooms solve the problem of morning queues, when everyone gathers at the same time, and two loggias can easily accommodate additional areas for summer recreation.
