With a mortgage but in comfort!

Why did I buy a flat here? I just got sick of paying for the one I didn’t own at some point. I decided I'd had enough. Then, when my colleague invited me to a housewarming party, I really liked his cosy studio. It seemed small, but roomy. There was a kitchen corner with a bar, and behind a wooden screen there was a bed. It also had a cool big loggia!

I didn't think for long. I went to the developer's office for a studio, and eventually filed documents with the bank for a one-bed flat. Well, what of it? Since I still have to limit myself in many ways while I pay the mortgage, it's better I live in comfort and understand why I'm doing this!

I moved in on New Year's Eve. I had a Christmas tree, a folding sofa, a small closet, and a bag of tangerines. That's how I celebrated the holiday. I really like the mountains that can be seen on the facades of our complex. And that in the name of our home there is the word "youth". It's so springish…

We also have very cool yards! I like to go on a swing late at night when all children leave the playground. I am very glad that there is a cafe on the house territory! There is always delicious coffee and fresh desserts. I am also glad they opened the Neighbourhood Centre. There I found new friends and close people. So, it’s my great pleasure that I take part in all the events with them!
