I rent a flat in the RC “Svetliy mir “Ya-Romantik…” for the third year. I am a yoga instructor, so I was very happy to receive the news about an opening of the Neighbourhood Centre.
Previously, my communication with neighbours was reduced to a short “hello” in the elevator. I'm not the most talkative person, and I didn't see the point in making acquaintances in the house where I rent. But now I know a lot of people from our neighbourhood! When it was warm, we gathered in the yard, where there is plenty of space and there are quiet corners located away from playgrounds and sports grounds.
However, due to the self-isolation regime, I had to temporarily go online. It was a new and interesting experience for me. The staff of the Neighbourhood Centre helped with the live broadcasts in their group, so I did not lose my regular audience.
Now I work in a sports centre, which is located in another part of the city. I have to spend about an hour a day on the road, sometimes even more. But I don't even have any thoughts about moving! I love this home and rightfully consider it my own, even if the flat is not in my ownership. I am happy to help my neighbours learn yoga and share my philosophy.
After classes outside, especially on a hot day, it's very nice to drink a cool smoothie. In our "Svetloe cafe" they make it taste like magic!
