I've always dreamed of living with a view of the water. And here I am on the beautiful Vasilievsky Island, and from my window, I can see the bay and the small pines that will grow into a large green park.
I start my morning with a workout; the exercise equipment in our yard is of a very high quality. In bad weather, I warm up at the Neighbourhood centre. I work there, in a quiet co-working space, sometimes go to a restaurant with my laptop or find a place in a cosy “Svetloe café”. I noticed that many neighbours follow my example.
My parents also began to look at the housing options in our “Svetliy mir”. My mother has been working at school all her life. She taught French. I'm sure it will be easy for her to assemble a group for classes at the Neighbourhood centre, too.
