We love winter. The city gets so beautiful, like in a fairy-tale. What's the main thing in winter? Get dressed warmly! That’s how frosts and winds won’t be able to get you. On top of that, you also need to take some time during your walks to drink something delicious to warm up.
We are lucky that a “Svetloe café” is open right in our residential complex. It's always warm and cosy there. My boys have already tried all kinds of pastries. Most of all, they like croissants with boiled condensed milk. As for my husband and me, we try adding different milk to our coffee. This month, our favourite is vanilla milk.
December is the last month before the New Year. It’s the time when even adults start to believe in miracles. We try to pamper each other with small gifts and surprises. The children are happy when they find a chocolate bar in the pocket of their jacket, which I have put there in advance, or extra mittens for my husband because he always forgets to take them.
Our spacious courtyards are the best place to walk. The territory is closed, there are no outsiders here, and I let the children go into the yard, being absolutely secure about them. And, while they are not home, I have time to prepare some more surprises for them.
