“Svetliy mir “Vnutri…” quarter

The schedule of the Neighbourhood centre of the quarter “Svetliy mir “Vnutri...” includes yoga and qi gong (a kind of gymnast which came to us from China). These classes stabilise all body systems and keep emotional balance. In good weather, practices take place outdoors because it is easy to find a place for sports on a large territory of a country complex.

Wellness classes are conducted by Maria Porozinskaya. The classical direction of Hatha yoga is complemented by rehabilitation techniques for strengthening the back and deep relaxation. Chinese qi gong gymnastics combines physical actions with breathing and teaches how to manage the vital energy of Сh'i.

Classes are held in the morning three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Trainings are held in the gym with panoramic glazing in the walls of the Neighbourhood centre, in courtyards, on the beach by the bay, and on the well-maintained roofs of houses.

The team of the Neighbourhood centre approaches the selection of teachers and masters with great participation and attention. Therefore, Maria Porozinskaya has been practising qi gong and yoga for 30 years, and her experience is supported by sports and medical education.
