“Svetliy mir “Vnutri…” quarter

In the Neighbourhood centre of the quarter “Svetliy mir “Vnutri...”, regular stretching workouts are held for all ages.

Stretching is a great way to make your body healthier and more flexible. Regardless of your age, stretching can be extremely beneficial. By keeping the muscles flexible and improving joint mobility, you reduce the risk of injury.

Regular stretching exercises to maintain and improve flexibility, as well as increases muscle strength. On February 9th, make sure to come to the Neighbourhood centre for a workout to get your body healthier and more flexible!
