Application to the public speaking and emotionology groups is now open

In the Neighbourhood centre of the quarter "Svetliy mir "Vnunti ..." useful classes for adults begin with Natalia Fuchs, the teacher of the theatre studio.

The meetings of the public speaking group will take place on Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. Practical exercises will help you control your voice and feel more confident and express your thoughts clearly and convincingly. These skills will be useful both in work and in everyday life.

The emotiology group (a discipline that studies the relationship between language and emotions) will meet on Fridays at 7:00 p.m. In the classroom, you will learn how to better understand yourself and will be given tools to let go of the emotions that have led you to psychological and physical blocks.

The schedule of the Neighbourhood Centre contains a variety of classes that help to improve the health of both body and spirit. Working with open and professional teachers and instructors is a great pleasure.
