Rhythmic gymnastics for girls

In the Neighbourhood centre of the quarter “Svetliy mir “O'Yunost...” trainings are held for the flexible and artistic. Girls attend classes in two age groups and already take part in tournaments.

The earlier children come to rhythmic gymnastics, the greater success they can achieve, for example, become a master of sports at the age of 14. Classes at the Neighbourhood Centre for girls from 3 years old are conducted by Olga Alekseeva.

At first, classes are aimed at developing flexibility, stretching and general physical fitness. This is a great way to get in good shape from an early age. Training in more complex movements and elements, as well as classes with equipment, start approximately from the second year of training.

In November, our girls successfully performed at their first competitions: they took 1st and 2nd places in the All-Stars tournament.

Rhythmic gymnastics trainings are held for two age groups of girls on Mondays and Thursdays:
- at 6 p.m. for those from 3 to 5 years;
- at 7 p.m. for those older than 5 years.
