Buildings No. 7 and 8
— Installation of composite up to the 25th floor, entrance groups without glazing, stained-glass windows from the 2nd to the 16th floor.
— Preparation and crimping of heating risers, as well as cold and hot water supply up to the 13th floor.
— Final floor screed work from the 14th to the 25th floor, laying tiles in the halls and sewing plasterboard sheets in common facilities up to the 25th floor.
— Insulation of balconies, roof superstructures, internal walls of street descents to the basement.
— Installation of floor panels of internal electrical networks.
Building No. 9
— Installation of insulation and facade subsystem.
— Start of heating risers of the 1st and 2nd sections, heating from the 1st to the 13th floor, preparation of cold and hot water supply systems from the 1st to the 13th floor.
— Final floor screed work from the 22nd to the 24th floor, plastering of walls and stitching under drywall in common facilities in sections 1 and 2.
— Installation of low-current systems up to the 25th floor.
— Insulation of balconies, roof superstructures, internal walls of street descents to the basement, pits.
— Launch of elevators.
Pre-school education facilities
— Monolithic works have been completed.
— Work is underway on the masonry of the 3rd floor.
