Ask the residents of the “Svetliy mir” who their friends are, and you will hear the answer – neighbours.

It is true. During their living in our neighbourhoods, people find like-minded people, business partners, a hobby company, and friends. How is this possible, though?

The answer is simple — the Neighbourhood centre. There is always someone here with whom you can do yoga, watch a film, join a master class, or even arrange it for other neighbours. Our residents hold neighbourhood sports matches, go to subbotniks and organise house chats on various topics.
