New mortgage terms for IT specialists

Do you work in IT and want to become a resident of the "Svetliy mir"? In 2023, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media simplified mortgage conditions for employees of IT companies!

The required salary level before deduction of personal income tax has decreased from 150 to 120 thousand rubles for cities with a million-plus population.

The income level is now determined based on the place of work in the employment contract: it can be the head office of the company or a regional branch. Previously, earnings had to correspond to the city in which the company's head office was located.

— The age of the borrower should be from 18 to 50 years.
— Employees of all IT companies accredited under the state program can get a mortgage.
— The borrower must work in an accredited IT company after applying for a mortgage loan for at least five years.
— If an employee has resigned from an accredited IT company, the preferential rate is retained for him for six months, instead of three, as it was previously.
