When buying a flat with on mortgage terms in one of the quarters of the “Svetliy mir”, you can use maternity fund as a down payment.

Starting from February 1, the maternity fund will be indexed and will amount to 630.4 thousand rubles for the first child and 833 thousand rubles for the second. Parents, who have already received payment for the first baby, will receive an additional payment of about 203 thousand rubles at the birth of the second one. The funds can be used to improve housing conditions when the child turns three years old. And for the initial payment or early repayment of the mortgage – immediately after the birth.
