A flat for a large family

Ergonomic flats are great! It is convenient when the bathrooms are near the bedrooms, and a separate office can be allocated for work. The layout below has all this, and, additionally, some solutions in case of guests’ arrival.

For example, the living room is combined with the kitchen: there, you can place a sofa to comfortably watch films, and a dining table with chairs. Thus, there will be space for meetings, while the bedrooms will remain a private place where the entrance is allowed only to the family.

Another good solution is a loggia. It is located next to the office, which has something for the display: there are cabinets with albums and books, and two workplaces with computers. However, the guests can come here for something else; and that is – to look at the stars. After all, the overview from the loggia is fascinating!

And finally, the most unexpected solution: in the hallway, not only is there space for a large closet, but also additional storage space. It is easy to organise a dressing room and hide everything unnecessary to create comfort and order in the house.
