However, the main thing is a family mortgage program! This will help you become a part of the “Svetliy mir”, spending less money. Below you will find answers for frequently asked questions.

How does a family mortgage program differ from a regular one?

The offer is designed for families in which:
– There is a child born between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2023.
– There are two or more undergraduate children.
– There is a child with a disability, born before December 31, 2023.

Registration of a family mortgage is available only for the citizens of the Russian Federation (the child must also have Russian citizenship).

What should I do if I'm not married?

Now, a family mortgage is available even for single parents and those who have not yet legalized their relationship.

Any of the child's parents can act as a borrower. They can also attract co-borrowers, not necessarily their spouse or parent of the child. It is important, that the borrower has Russian citizenship.

Are there age restrictions for parents?

A family mortgage program is designed for a long term. The age of the parents at the time of granting the loan must be at least 18 years old, and at the time of mortgage payment — 75 years.

Can the parents who have adopted a child apply for a family mortgage?

You can participate in the mortgage program if you have adopted a child. The conditions are the same as for blood parents. It is important that the condition that the date of birth of one of the children lies within the duration of the program (from 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2023) is fulfilled.

What is the interest rate?

In the “Svetliy mir” on the family mortgage program, it starts from 4.5%.

This is a basic option, but we try to offer discounted rates regularly. For example, until the end of May, the interest rate for the flat purchase in the RC “Svetliy mir “Stantsiya “L”...” on both family mortgage program and the program with state support was reduced to 0.1%.

What is the amount of the first payment?

The initial payment must be at least 15% of the price of the flat.

Who issues a family mortgage?

Our partner banks offer favourable rates:
– Gazprombank — from 4.5%.
– DOM Bank.RF — from 4.5%.
– Bank “Saint Petersburg” — from 4.65%.
– Bank “Otkritie”, VTB, Absolut Bank — up to 5%.

Can I use a maternity capital to cover down payment?

Yes, you can. The program allows you to pay the initial contribution, using the maternity capital as well.

How long will the program last?

It is possible to use a family mortgage:
– Before July 1, 2024, at the birth of the first child, within the deadlines set by the program, and if there are two or more undergraduate children in the family.
– Until December 31, 2027, inclusive, if the child has a disability, and was born before December 31, 2023. In this case, the mortgage rate will be 6%.

At the same time, having a job is another necessary condition. This implies 3 months of working experience at the current workplace and at least 1 year of total experience.
