What someone says and what they really mean

For you, does yoga mean just asanas and proper breathing? And lunch in a café is just a meal? We are sure that this is not entirely true. At least, not in the “Svetliy mir”, for sure.

1. They say – I just go to yoga.
Meaning: I spend time in a pleasant company and take care of mental and physical health.

2. They say – I just went to have lunch at the “Svetloe Café”.
Meaning: I saved myself time on cooking and tried new vegetarian dishes.

3. They say – I just go to the coworking.
Meaning: I can change the working environment, while being in the company of interesting people.

4. They say – I just buy food in a health food store “Nitchego lischnego”.
Meaning: I take care of myself and my loved ones, filling the fridge with clean and healthy food.
