Seven Suns Development Partner Bank launches a new purchase option for new buildings – “Letter of credit for the construction period”.

Now, buyers can purchase a flat in the RC “Svetliy mir “BioPolis...” at a rate of 0.01% before the house is handed over.

After the complex is put into operation, the rate will be increased:
– up to 6% under the Family Mortgage programme;
– up to 8% under the state support programme;
– up to 5% under the programme for IT specialists.
