Agreement

Apartments are purchased under an equity participation agreement in construction in accordance with Federal Law 214.

Cost

The basic cost of apartments indicated on the website is valid for 100% payment.

Installment plan

Installment payment of the cost of the apartment is provided until December 2019 inclusive with a rise in price at the rate of 12% per annum on the balance of the payment. The initial payment is from 40% of the base value of the property, and when purchasing an apartment with an area of more than 60 m2, the initial payment can be from 30% of the agreement price.
